Details
Staff were well engaged and thankful for the brand support on the ground throughout the day and being available for a longer period in the practice allowed for more in depth focus on some topics that sometimes would be neglected in a shorter training session.
Bayfields were really pro active promoting the re-opening of the practice in the lead up to and during the open day, flyers, social media and word of mouth. This was helped by bringing apparel so all the staff were on brand in the practice and when down in Yeadon promoting the event.
There was a steady flow of patients in and out of the practice throughout the day as there were still clinics running. This kept a good buzz and turn over in the practice throughout the duration of the event and good engagement with us as a brand thanks to front and center location.
Oakley branding on the outside and inside of the practice was consistent and did have the effect of bringing in a number of younger potential customers to try on the N1 sun samples
The Raffle got a lot of attention online as well as in practice raising over £150 for charity. We provided 3 pairs of sunglasses to support this cause and drive-up interest, also made sure the 3 pairs provided were widely glazeable so hopefully will provide returning trade if the winners need prescription.
The Food and drink put on by the practice was a really nice touch, overall the whole event felt very welcoming and well run would be.
